Every truck that crosses your gate, seen, checked, timed.
Visto Truck records your trucks coming in and out, refuses entry when a document has expired, opens the barrier when the RFID tag is read, and shows you live who is on your site and for how long.
- Arabic, French, English, Spanish
- On computer, tablet and phone
- Excel and PDF reports
- One gate or several
At the gate, mistakes are expensive. And nobody sees them.
Visto Truck replaces the log book with a simple screen: the guard records in two taps, the rules check themselves, and you see everything live.See how it worksA paper log nobody reads again
Times are written by hand, sometimes afterwards. The day you need to find one pass, you leaf through unreadable pages.
Documents checked… when someone remembers
Driving licence, insurance, roadworthiness test: the guard has neither the time nor the information to check everything. A non-compliant truck can get in without anyone knowing.
Trucks that stay for hours
Without a timer, a truck forgotten in the yard is only noticed at the end of the day, when it is already blocking the dock.
No figures to give
How many passes this month? Which company stays longest? Without data, management and customers get guesses.
Up and running in three steps
A web app: nothing to install on your computers. It opens in the browser and installs on the guard's phone like an app.
- 1
You describe your site
Trucks and RFID tags, drivers (ID card, licence), transport companies, gates and their hours, maximum time on site.
- 2
The guard records
Arrival and departure in two taps, for a whole group, with a QR code at the terminal, or automatically with the RFID reader.
- 3
You follow and decide
Live dashboard, e-mail alerts, TV screen, daily report and Excel / PDF reports.
At the guard post, two taps are enough
The guard picks the driver, checks the plate and presses Arrival or Departure. Time, gate and guard are recorded automatically.
Arrival and departure
Driver, plate, container number and photo. Time spent on site is calculated automatically.
Truck groups
A convoy from the same company? Bring the whole group in or out at once.
Terminal mode with QR code
Each driver has a QR code. They show it to the tablet camera and the pass is recorded; or search by plate or name.
ID card reading
Optional: a photo of the ID card or the plate fills in the driver's name. Reading is done on the server.
Access rules check themselves
At every entry, manual, group, terminal or RFID, Visto Truck checks the driver, the truck, the company, the documents and the gate. Pick a truck and watch.
A truck arrives:
- Driver authorised
- Truck authorised
- Company active
- Licence, insurance, roadworthiness
- Gate: type, hours, companies
Entry allowed
The pass is recorded and the barrier opens.
An administrator can allow the entry once, with a reason written to the log.
Same everywhere
The same rule applies to manual entry, groups, the QR terminal and the RFID reader: it is checked on the server.
Documents expiring soon
Documents expiring within 30 days (adjustable) turn orange on the dashboard and in the fleet.
Exit is never blocked
A truck already on site can always leave. Only the gate's rules apply.
With an RFID reader, the barrier opens by itself
A UHF tag on the windscreen, a reader at the gate: the truck is recognised as it arrives, the rules are checked and the barrier opens if everything is in order.
The tag is read
The UHF reader reads the tag stuck on the windscreen, from a distance.
The server checks
Visto Truck finds the truck and applies all access rules and the gate's rules.
The barrier opens
If entry is allowed, the box triggers the barrier. Otherwise it stays closed and the refusal is logged.
Everything is traced
The pass appears in the history, on the dashboard and on the TV screen. An unknown tag is reported.
The gate box
The reader plugs into a small ESP32 or Raspberry Pi box that talks to the server and drives the barrier. The app provides the ready-to-install code and the wiring diagram, step by step.
- A key for each gate, changeable at any time
- A signal every minute: alert if the reader goes silent
- Unknown tag: its number is shown, just link it to the truck
Several gates, one screen
Each gate has its rules and its guard. You keep the overall view.
- Main gateEntry and exit24 h / 24Guard: Saïd
- Gate 2 — NorthEntry only06:00 – 22:00Guard: Mustapha
- Gate 3 — ExitExit only24 h / 24Guard: Nabil
Type and hours
Entry and exit, entry only or exit only; opening hours, even overnight.
Allowed companies
Reserve a gate for certain transport companies, if you wish.
One guard, one gate
A guard always records at their own gate. The administrator picks theirs.
Reports per gate
Entries, exits, refusals and peak hours for each gate.
The control-room TV screen
A link to open on a Smart TV, with no login: trucks on site with their timer (yellow at 80% of the maximum stay, red beyond), today's counters and the latest movements. For the whole site or a single gate. Updated every 15 seconds.
Figures to decide with, no spreadsheet work
Pick the period, a company, a truck, a driver or a gate. The report calculates itself.
Excel and PDF
An 8-sheet Excel workbook (summary, days, hours, companies, trucks, drivers, overstays, refusals) and a print-ready PDF, with your logo.
Daily report by e-mail
Every morning, yesterday's summary lands in management's inbox, in Arabic, French or English.
Real-time alerts
An e-mail when a truck exceeds the maximum stay, an entry is refused, a tag is unknown or a reader goes silent.
Activity log
Who did what, and when: logins, passes, refusals, forced authorisations, changes. CSV export.
Your data stays under control
Two roles
The administrator manages everything; the guard records passes and views the fleet without changing it.
Everything is logged
Every action is written with the user, the time and the IP address.
Backup every night
Automatic full copy, downloadable, with password-protected restore.
Protected reader keys
Each gate has its key, never stored in clear text, shown only once and changeable at any time.
Read-only TV screen
The screen link only allows watching. It can be changed or switched off in one click.
Secure sessions
Personal login for each user, password of at least 8 characters, other devices signed out when it changes.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to install software on our computers?
No. Visto Truck opens in the browser, on computer, tablet or phone. On the guard's phone, it installs like an app.
Can we use it without an RFID reader?
Yes. The guard records passes by hand, by group or with the QR-code terminal mode. The RFID reader is an option you add whenever you want.
Which RFID reader should we use?
A UHF reader with Wiegand output, for example the ZKTeco UHF10E Pro. It connects to an ESP32 or Raspberry Pi box; the app provides the code and the wiring diagram.
What happens if a document has expired?
Entry is refused everywhere: manual entry, groups, terminal and RFID. An administrator can allow it once, with a reason written to the log. The rule can be switched off for each document type.
Can we manage several gates?
Yes. Each gate has its type (entry, exit or both), its hours, its allowed companies, its guard and its reader key. Reports and the TV screen can be filtered by gate.
Which languages?
The app is available in Arabic, French, English and Spanish. Each user picks their own; the daily report is sent in Arabic, French or English.
Can we add our logo?
Yes. Logo, company name and main colour apply everywhere: screens, login page, PDF and Excel reports.
What if we lose data?
A full backup is made every night, kept on the server and can be sent by e-mail. An administrator can restore a backup from the app.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is on quotation, depending on your site and the options you choose. Write to us and we will answer quickly.
